Our app collects the following information to provide and improve the service:

• Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone)
• App usage data (app opens, screen views, interactions, crash/performance diagnostics)
• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) used for ads and measurement—only with your consent where required
• Approximate location (if you grant permission or as inferred from IP)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide live football scores and match updates
• Personalize content and settings you choose
• Show and measure advertisements
• Improve performance, quality, and reliability
• Send notifications for matches you follow (if enabled)

3. Google AdMob

We display ads using Google AdMob. When an ad request is made, AdMob may process:

• Advertising ID, IP address, and device/OS information
• App bundle/package name and basic context for fraud prevention and frequency capping
• Ad interaction data (e.g., impressions, clicks) for measurement

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings or through our in-app consent controls.

4. Ad Mediation Partners (including Facebook Audience Network)

We use AdMob Mediation to serve ads from multiple ad networks. In this setup, Google acts as the mediator and may share limited ad-request data with mediation partners to fulfill the request and for fraud prevention and measurement. One such partner we use is Meta’s Facebook Audience Network (FAN).

Important: We do not integrate the Facebook (Meta) SDK directly in our app. Any data exchanged with FAN occurs via AdMob’s mediation pipeline and is governed by Google’s and Meta’s respective policies.

Where required (e.g., EEA/UK and certain U.S. states), we obtain your consent using a consent dialog. Your ad-personalization choices are respected by AdMob and, where supported, passed to mediation partners like FAN.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Google AdMob (ads and measurement)
• AdMob mediation partners such as Facebook Audience Network (via AdMob mediation only)
• Analytics and crash reporting providers (service operation and improvement)
• Football data API providers (no personal data shared)

6. Consent & Your Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA)

• In regions where required, we request explicit consent before using data for personalized ads.
• You can review or withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy/Consent.
• You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data—contact us to exercise these rights.
• Do Not Sell or Share (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell personal information. Where “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising applies, you may opt out via our in-app controls or by contacting us.

7. Managing Advertising Choices

• Device settings: Reset/limit the advertising ID (Android: Settings → Privacy/Ads → Delete or Reset advertising ID).
• In-app: Use Settings → Privacy/Consent to select personalized or non-personalized ads.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.
